Fringed Vest And Overall Shorts

Hello everyone! Summer is almost here and we can finally put our shorts on! This year I'm very into denim, suede and fringes.  Because they give the vintage kind of look and it feels so 70s! Check out my other posts of 70s Boho Chic Spring looks and How To Wear Fringes.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!  Thanks for reading!

Triple Fringes

Fringe is one of those trends that has never entirely been out of fashion and it is undergoing a particularly strong resurgence right now. In real life, though, fringe can be tricky to pull off. Too much can look like a costume, and too thick can look a bit too western. Fringe-accented tops and accessories are also easy to wear with simple jeans. Take a cue from street style and incorporate it into your wardrobe in the form of a pencil skirt that playfully reveals some skin from the knees down.

The Basic White Tee And Flare Jeans

Making wardrobe staples feel fashionable takes a handful of clever styling tricks. When you don't know what to wear, take the white T-shirt. It goes with everything and is a building block for any wardrobe. There are days when you want to get dressed up in something bold and adventurous, and there are days when you just feel like slipping on your favorite comfy t-shirt and jeans. There's a reason every college girl has these basics in her closet - they're endlessly versatile! Grab a Satchel, layer with a light weight coat, or a denim shirt, you are done!

Peplum Top And Maxi Skirt

While the ease of a maxi skirt can seem like such a no-brainer, this style does come with its share of challenges. Often, maxi skirts are in flimsy fabrics, like thin cotton jersey, which can lead to visible wiggles and jiggles. That's why it works well with a peplum top. Also, maxi skirts can drag the eye downward and make you look short or bottom heavy.  If you are petite a midi skirt may be a better alternative.   If you are bottom heavy, try tops that widen your shoulders, like boatnecks, to counterbalance your hips and thighs and, therefore make them look slimmer, or eye-catching jewelry that brings the eye upward.  A halter top with a maxi skirt may make you look like a big ol’ triangle.

The Slimming Style Rule - Belted Waist

Highlighting your waist with a belt is a slimming trick that works on women of any size. It’s the best way to fake an hourglass figure and highlight your middle section. It adds nuance to an otherwise run-of-the-mill outfit, making you look put together, polished, more interesting, and like you put a little effort into your look. Essentially, it’s a simple rule of thumb that promotes more stylish outfit choices.

Floral Dress And Jean Jacket

Hello everyone, it's almost the weekend! I hope everyone has a good week so far! I took these photos a few weeks ago, totally forgot to post it.  I love wearing floral dress this season, it reminds me the colorful Spring and it's so girly! See, it matches the background. The best part is floral dresses are so easy to pair and style. You can never go wrong with denim and floral, or throw on a color coordinated jacket and you are ready to go!

The Spring Trench Coat

One easy way to update your wardrobe this Spring is the light weight trench coat. Trench coat is a timeless wardrobe staple can be worn with nearly any outfit. Whether worn over a gown, draped over the shoulders, or worn on its own as a dress, you can get a ton of mileage out of this single item. Some of the best trench coats are in color. For spring, get on board the pastel trend and opt for a trench in baby blue, soft pink, or lemon. Keep the rest of your look simple, and when in doubt, just add jeans, and you’ll be read to go.
